Customer Insight Manager

At GL Assessment, we are passionate about the role we play in supporting schools to grow children to their best potential. We do this by providing assessment solutions that help teachers learn more about their pupils so they can find the best way to teach them.

We are the leading UK provider in what we do and growing fast internationally – at the last count we have delivered over 7 million online tests across the globe. However this only accounts for 1% of the children in the world. Our mission is to ensure all children have the best possible start by having access to our education tools.

This is where you come in.

We are creating a new role to help drive our business growth. Your mission will be to deliver market insight and operational improvements that inform marketing communications and improve sales effectiveness.

We need an experienced data specialist with a strong knowledge of CRM and analytics take up the challenge.

You will need to:

  • Know your way around CRM and analytics
  • Provide detailed customer insight in a format that will engage and empower our sales and marketing team
  • Define and build our customer insight strategy and help plan our marketing automation to drive acquisition and renewals business growth
  • Establish a data-driven push for excellence


What we are looking for:

You will be commercially and results focus with a flexible approach to manage multiple priorities. We are looking for someone who will be inquisitive and willing to challenge the status quo – this is a job to make an impact!

Strong analytical skills are a must for data interrogation and you will be authoritative with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms and analytics.  Experience of running customer insight is essential, along with a proven record of building marketing systems to drive growth.
