Senior International Customer Support Advisor

The Senior International Customer Support Advisor is an integral part of the team and supports the Team Leader in the daily operations and target achievement of the team.

The successful candidate will ensure personal sales targets are met and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved. The individual will also be responsible for managing agents across the globe and ensuring sales are processed and tracked effectively. They will also ensure the team are delivering high levels of customer service to all customers and ensuring that all inbound SLAs are met.

This is where you come in; the Senior Customer Support Advisor is a key part of the international team, business development and customer support activity.

The hours of work are 7.30am - 4pm with occasional 6am starts and Sunday working days (with days off in the week)

Duties include:

  • Providing professional customer support and low-level account management
  • Relationship management for new and existing customers
  • Conducting sales and event follow up calls to customers to achieve sales targets
  • Relationship management and Compliance
  • Internal team support, prioritisation, customer support training and task allocation
  • International travel may be required to support sales activities across the globe
  • New team member induction and training

What we are looking for:

  • A proven track record of telesales activity and lead generation
  • Customer service experience essential
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
  • Excellent and efficient communicator
  • International knowledge and Cultural awareness
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record
  • High level of IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM systems, Financial systems)
